Web Designer Position - 20,000 to £28,000

Metafocus Global is a dynamic and leading international internet marketing company and is seeking a talented Web Designer to join their company. The ideal candidate will have excellent design and front end web development skills.
 
You will have 2 + years of commercial experience in a web design environment with strong skills in the following;

• Photoshop
• Fireworks
• Dreamweaver
• Illustrator
• Flash
• HTML/CSS,
• Javascript/jQuery.

Knowledge of content management systems and ecommerce, particularly Umbraco and Nopcommerce is important, particularly with search engine optimisation in mind.

Some exposure to backend technologies especially asp.net with mssql would be advantageous as well as any knowledge of Server 2008 with IIS.

We require a creative and forward thinking individual who is able to take responsibility for all work undertaken and deliver projects on time to tight timescales.

Part-time Marketing Work Experience

Do you have a passion for languages, marketing or the Internet and speak one of the following languages (Italian, Spanish, French, German or Chinese)? If so Metafocus, Nottingham have vacancies for part-time international online marketing project work.

The role would suit a graduate with at least 2 years experience in search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising and online marketing. You would be working closely with our Marketing Director and consultants preparing proposals, presentations and carrying out a variety of international online marketing projects.

Students would be required to help the account manager(s) in search engine optimisation (SEO) for European and other international markets as well as in international online research projects. Knowledge of HTML and website content managements systems would be advantageous (but not a MUST).

Freelance International Translators

As we continue to expand our business internationally, we are looking for freelance translators with good working knowledge of the Internet in their native country.

You will be working with us to translate a number of website and/or online marketing projects and advise on keywords, social networking sites and the latest Internet developments. Knowledge and experience of Google Adwords and search engine optimisation would be an advantage. We are looking for freelance translators in all languages, but in particular European, Asian and Scandinavian languages.
